- Reduce your salt and sugar
- Drink plenty of fluids. Water is the best thing you can drink along with tea and some coffee.

- Start moving. You should really make an effort to sit less and get active. Get out there and get moving. Live a little, have fun.
- It’s important that you start now and keep going. Change your lifestyle. Do it gradually and make an effort to keep changing every day.
- Eliminate bad behaviors such as, smoking, drinking, not eating the right foods, and not exercising. All of these will have an effect on you and will age you by as much as 10 plus years.
- Learn how to manage stress and be sure to get plenty of rest.
Just remember that this process can be slow. You don’t need to rush and do everything at once. Start slow and gradually increase, little by little till you get where you want to be. Eat less, rest more, meditate, exercise more (or start your exercise program) Cut back on the alcohol, stay out of the sun, eat healthy and have fun with your exercise (a walk in the park perhaps).
